Welcome to our web pages, and the following will tell you a little about us and our holidays.

At Mablethorpe Chalet and Caravan Park, we hope you will come on holiday with us. We do everything to make your holiday on this Park one of the nicest. We are not like Butlins but pride ourselves on being a family park where you can relax.

So firstly about the area. If you have not been to Mablethorpe before, the town is not too large it takes about 15 /20 minutes to walk to. It is only about 900 yards from the end of our road. The beaches are vast all of golden sands on which not only a sand train runs but also has donkey rides for the little people.

Donkeys on beachThe town has all requirements of a seaside resort including a fun fair. At Queen’s Park there is a boating lake and miniature railway. There is a cinema with two screens showing the latest films only about a couple of hundred yards or so from us whilst the entrance to the beach is across the dunes which are approximately 250 yards from our entrance. There is an Animal and Seal sanctuary and a nature centre which is about 400 yards away.

Image of sand trainThe Windmill at Alford (about 5 miles) has open days whilst the surrounding area is full of places which are ideal for day trips if you so wish.

Now for a few words about us ------- The complex is completely flat, is easy for wheelchairs and prams with tarmac roads and plenty of parking places. The road from the town to the Park is parallel to the sea although that is hidden by the dunes.

There is a Fish and Chip shop and adjacent a Café where meals can be obtained at lunch times and evenings, a Shop which stocks the necessities of life, an Arcade and a large Public House. The Tavern has a lounge bar, family room and a section of pool tables. There is a large concert room with live entertainment at peak season. Also a patio for having drinks on a summer’s evening.

What else is there, well a launderette with washers and dryers and next to that an enclosed play area with goal posts, a basket ball net where the youngsters can all play at being David Beckham plus other play areas.
